1. Register as a business client
You submit company details, primary contacts, and programme-specific information (such as industry and approximate headcount). You agree to the platform terms and any screening consent your organisation requires.
2. Confirm identity and complete setup
You verify your email and, where the programme requires it, add payment details and complete a service agreement or e-signature step. Nothing in this stage exposes you to candidate profiles until your account is cleared for screening access.
3. Wait for staff review and activation
Click Global Talent reviews your application. When your account is approved—and any mandatory agreement or billing prerequisites are satisfied—you receive confirmation and can sign in to the parts of the portal your programme allows.
4. Receive shortlisted profiles
Recruiters work from a central talent database you do not browse directly. When someone is a fit for your brief, staff move them to a shortlisted state and publish a redacted profile to your portal. You are notified according to your notification settings.
5. Express interest and move toward interviews
You review redacted materials and indicate next steps within the product where your programme supports it. Interview scheduling and messaging with the candidate are coordinated through Click—there is no direct client-to-talent messaging channel in the platform by design.
6. Offers, placement, and ongoing billing
As hiring progresses, you see the milestones your programme exposes. Service fees and related invoices are generated and collected through the integrated payments flow, with records kept against your client account for finance teams.
Pipeline stages you may see
Clients only see stages that are deliberately marked as visible. Typical examples include:
- Shortlisted — profile shared with you for consideration.
- For interview — you have expressed interest; interviews are coordinated by Click.
- Interview scheduled — date and time confirmed.
- Offer extended — formal offer stage (you may see this as a notification depending on programme rules).
- Hired / placed — candidate accepted and engaged with your organisation through the programme.
Stages that usually stay internal
Screened, declined, on hold, and early offer preparation — used internally until your team is ready to share an update. Exact labels evolve by job posting; your Click contact can walk you through what you will see for each role.
Notifications you can expect
- Account approved or if something needs your attention before approval.
- Agreement ready for signature, if your programme uses that step.
- New shortlisted candidate (without exposing personal identifiers in the alert itself).
- Interview milestones, invoices issued, and payment outcomes relevant to your account.
